Patchy hair loss .doctors cant help!?

I suffer from hair loss in small / medium-sized cities. I went to the doctor and got a blood test and results came back all clear! They said why it is not a medical problem, but hair loss is very disturbing! What other reason cuold it be? It could be poor diet or stress. -PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) to high levels of androgens (male hormones), anemia (iron deficiency) Each hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction (glands in the brain) each thyroid, liver, adrenal or ovarian disorder drug toxicity birth - anesthesia, chemotherapy, eating disorders - anorexia, bulimia, ethereal protein deficiency fatty acid deficiency (common with vegetarian diets) Severe infections Severe stress starting and stopping the pill a number of drugs, including bromocriptine, beta-blockers, ACE inhibitors, amphetamines, anti-cholesterol agent, mineral or vitamin deficiency - zinc, manganese , iron, vitamin B6, biotin-permanent hair color, bleach, improper brushing / combing, hair styles, drawing upon the autoimmune disease like lupus hair imbalance of sex hormones such as progesterone, low estrogen dominance-shot allergies current hepatitis B fungal infection of the scalp, so if you comb back and forth real closely, imposes additional stress on the hair follicles may also try to get more sun in the scalp, if you still have the head covered . (Lack of vitamin D). I'd get a second opinion. Another doctor may have other suggestions to try other things .
